Presentation Description:
The board game Groupoly is described and the possibility of playing it is offered. Groupoly (Grupoly in its Spanish version) is a collaboratively developed board game designed to acquire knowledge about social work with groups and to develop basic competences to participate in and manage groups and teams. Our poster describes the basic features of Groupoly, the rationale behind its design, the rules of the game, as well as the collaborative way in which it has been developed, thanks to the efforts of a group of university students and professors of social work and design. The possibility of playing a game is offered, as the mock-up of the game will be available for this purpose. The game is intended for participants to learn basic concepts about social work with groups, some historical keys to the discipline, as well as to put into practice the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values that are fundamental to being a good social group worker.
